Stretch & Align – Active Recovery is a light, guided hands-on session designed to release tension, restore alignment and improve how your body moves.

This treatment focuses on assisted stretching, gentle joint mobilisation and guided movement to help tight muscles relax and bring your body back into better balance.

It is ideal if you feel stiff, tight or out of alignment, but are not in acute pain. This is not a deep rehab or injury treatment — it is an active recovery session designed to reset your body and improve mobility in a safe, comfortable way.
